IRF 3.0 System uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, which consists in recognizing characters or entire texts from graphic files (in this case a scan of invoices). With the appropriate application and setting of the OCR technique, the IRF is able to recognize subsequent elements of the invoice and assign them to the appropriate items in the form.
The technique reads the character. By throwing in a scanned invoice, we can expect that all information becomes characters, and then completes the necessary fields.
As a result of the completed fields, we get an invoice in electronic form. All we need is to check if the data matches for your own peace of mind and commit the invoice generated in the program.
